Community Capacity Building Organization (CCABO) was founded in the year 2005 January by young development facilitator volunteers trained by a Canadian retired nurse,Marie Mackay who was attached to African Canadian Continuing Education Society (ACCES). CCABO has a total of 16 members with seven being female.

The organization was officially registered with Kenyan Government on 4th,October ,2005.It was established to respond to health issues and powerlessness amongst households within our community.CCABO has an office at Shianda trading centre,run by a management committe headed by a project director.
